01 — Included
Desk work on the listing. Not a rank package.
One primary Google Business Profile. We keep the public facts current, queue posts and photos, and draft replies so the page does not freeze the week the board fills up.
Photos and posts
A cadence for job photos and Google posts from material you supply. We do not invent a van, a crew, or a job that did not happen.
Review replies
Draft replies for you to approve. We do not buy reviews, gate reviews, or write a customer’s words.
Q&A and edits
Watch public questions and suggested edits so a wrong number or a closed-Sunday rumor does not sit for a month.
Duplicate watch
Flag duplicate or stale listings we can see from manager access. Recovery of a hijacked profile is out of scope unless we say so in writing.
Monthly work log
A record of what the desk did. It is not a rank report, a lead dashboard, or a promise about next month’s calls.

Send the shop. Pay on Stripe. You keep the keys.
If we take the shop, you pay on Stripe. If we do not, we say so. We do not collect card numbers on this page.

Send the shop
Name, city, phone, email, trade. Maps URL if you have it. We check fit: US or Canada, one of four trades, owner can grant manager.

Pay $794
Setup $497 plus the first $297 month, due today. Then $297 on the same date each month. Card is processed by Stripe.

Manager invite
You stay the Google Business Profile owner. We work from a manager seat you can remove.

Desk cadence
Setup sprint, then monthly ops. Ninety-day minimum. After that, month-to-month with notice in the terms.
03 — Ownership
The listing stays on your Google account.
Map Pack Desk does not take owner access, does not transfer the profile, and does not hold the listing as leverage. You invite a manager. You can revoke that manager. Photos, reviews, and the business identity remain yours.
If a vendor needs owner login, verification codes, or to “hold the profile for you,” that is a different product. It is not this desk.

If you need a rank climb, a lead quota, or a review factory, do not hire this desk.

Straight answers
Do you take owner access to Google?
No. Manager access only. You remain the owner of the Google Business Profile and can remove us.
Do you guarantee Map Pack ranking or more leads?
No. We do not sell rankings, impressions, calls, or booked jobs. If a page promises those, it is not this desk.
Will you post fake reviews?
No. We will not buy, broker, gate, or invent reviews. Review replies are drafts for your approval.
Which shops do you take?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing in the United States and Canada. One primary listing per desk seat.
What is the minimum term?
Ninety days. Setup is $497. The desk is $297 per month. See the Refund Policy for what is and is not returned.
How do I pay?
Pay by card on Stripe from checkout. Due today is $794 (setup + first month), then $297/month. We do not collect card numbers on this page. Map Pack Desk does not store full card numbers.
Does this form email you automatically?
Yes. The shop form posts to orhan@codlinex.info. The first time Formsubmit is used, that inbox must confirm the address. This form does not take a card.
