Privacy Policy

1. Forms

The request and checkout forms validate in your browser, then POST shop details to Formsubmit, which emails orhan@codlinex.info. Fields include business name, city, region, country, trade, phone, email, optional Maps URL, and optional notes. Checkout also requires agreement to the Terms and Refund Policy.

2. What we collect when you contact us

If you email orhan@codlinex.info, pay on Stripe, or grant Google manager access, we receive whatever you send: shop name, city, phone, email, Maps URL, trade, and later listing content needed to do the desk work. We use it to decide fit, bill, and operate the manager seat.

3. Cards

Cards are processed by Stripe; Map Pack Desk does not store full card numbers.

4. Processors

Hosting and DNS may be provided by Vercel and the domain registrar. Formsubmit delivers the public forms. Email is processed by our mail provider. Stripe processes payment. Google processes the Business Profile you own. We do not sell your information.

5. Retention

We keep invoice and correspondence records as long as needed for the desk, tax, and dispute purposes. You may ask us to delete optional notes that are not required for those records.

6. Your choices

You can revoke Google manager access at any time in the Business Profile users list. That does not erase invoices already issued. Privacy questions: orhan@codlinex.info.
