Refund Policy

1. The offer

Setup is $497. The desk is $297 per month. Due today is $794 (setup + first month). The minimum paid term is 90 days. Cards are processed by Stripe; Map Pack Desk does not store full card numbers.

2. Before we accept the shop

If you submitted a request or checkout and we decline the shop — wrong trade, outside US/Canada, or no owner control — we will not keep the fee. If a Stripe charge or invoice was issued in error and you have not paid, ignore it and tell us. If you paid before we declined, we refund that payment in full.

3. Setup fee after work starts

Once you have granted manager access (or refused to grant it after we charged) and setup work has begun, the $497 setup fee is not refundable. Setup includes audit, hygiene, and the first cadence plan.

4. Monthly fees and the 90-day minimum

Monthly fees cover the desk month on the Stripe invoice, not a rank outcome. During the 90-day minimum, unused days are not prorated and not refunded if you stop using the seat, revoke access, or close the shop. After the minimum, you may cancel with 14 days’ notice; we do not refund a month already in progress unless required by law.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was paid in error, email orhan@codlinex.info before filing a dispute with your bank. We will not keep a listing hostage: you can revoke manager access regardless of a billing argument.

6. No result-based refunds

We do not refund because the listing did not rank, because calls were slow, or because reviews did not arrive. Those are not deliverables of this desk.
