Terms of Service

1. The desk

Map Pack Desk is an operations seat on one primary Google Business Profile for a single HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or roofing shop located in the United States or Canada. We work as a manager. You remain the owner.

2. Fees and term

Setup is $497 (one time). The desk is $297 per month. The minimum term is 90 days from the start date on the invoice or Stripe receipt. After the minimum, either party may end the seat with 14 days’ written notice to orhan@codlinex.info.

3. Payment

Cards are processed by Stripe; Map Pack Desk does not store full card numbers. Checkout on this site sends you to Stripe to pay $794 today ($497 setup + $297 for month 1), then $297 each month. A shop request on the homepage does not take a card.

4. Access

You will grant manager access only. You will not be asked to surrender owner access, share 2-step codes, or transfer the listing. You may revoke manager access at any time. Revoking access does not by itself cancel amounts already due under the 90-day minimum.

5. Your materials

You must supply accurate hours, service areas, photos of real work, and review-reply direction. We will not publish photos, claims, or reviews that we know are false.

6. What we do not sell

We do not promise Google Map Pack ranking, search impressions, phone calls, form leads, or booked jobs. We do not sell, gate, or fabricate reviews. Google Ads, Local Services Ads, websites, and paid directories are out of scope unless a separate writing says otherwise.

7. Google’s rules

Google Business Profile policies control the listing. Google may suspend, alter, or limit a profile for reasons outside our control. We are not Google and we cannot override Google.

8. Fit

We may decline a shop that is outside the four trades, outside the US or Canada, missing owner control of the listing, or asking for ranking or review manipulation.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Codlinex’s total liability for Map Pack Desk is limited to the fees you paid for the desk in the 90 days before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or search-ranking changes.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your US state or Canadian province says otherwise.
